Hit and run is a crime and you still obligated to report to the police. Unless it is a minor fender bender and the kid is known to you.

Kid was parked at RC Garnett in Langley in the School parking lot. He backed out of his spot and hit my car. Sped off after he saw me get out. White vehicle 713 PWX. This New Driver committed a hit and run. Still contemplating calling the police.
