Stay safe Jeff, Richmond is the home of the worst drivers I have ever seen anywhere... It's amazing how often i see dash cam videos that I recognize as Richmond... I got tons of videos from my visits there.
You might have to start recording with your phone every time I cross the road.

Apparently these people think right turners have priority over everyone else. I'm walking through an intersection with a walk signal, they stare at me while continuing to speed down at 50kph. Had to jump to avoid a collision. And such is life as a pedestrian in infamous Richmond BC.
