I agree, a few years ago in the same day I got pulled over for having specks of dirt on my plate and my brother got pulled over for having a slightly crooked plate, but these blacked out covers get ignored?

She refused to pull up to the damn stop line for the lights to change, once they did she sat there, eventually started moving but never got over 10kph. We watched her take her next right at less than a walking pace.

What's with all these darkened plate covers, the police should pull these vehicles and fine these motorists.
