May 03, 2021 Crosswalk, this guy walking across Birchwood Crescent @ Cataraqui Woods Dr. going Easterly was given permission to cross from The red dodge minivan going Southerly. but and big but the pedestrian had to run for his life, its like the driver intended to hit him. Pedestrian was barely halfway across the street. As of Jan. 1, a new law in Ontario indicates drivers and cyclists must now stop and yield the whole pedestrian crossover until the person is completely off the roadway. This rule also applies at school crossings where there is a crossing guard holding a stop sign. Top it of he's racing down Birchwood.... I'll post a pic of this vehicle soon.

It's been the law in Alberta for many many years that you have to wait for the pedestrian to fully cross before moving and not even the cops will do it...

In this 1st pic pedestrian has started to run after given Right of Way, 2nd pic driver speeds across with pedestrian still in walkway. 3rd pic got his plate after following this #%#Q.
