This black or gray Honda Accord driving around without lights on in the dark, not even daytime running lights. Also driving around like they're not sure where they're going. Weird. You'd know you don't have lights on because your dash would be dark bud. Anyway, the reason for writing here is because I felt that I was endangered as I was about to turn right from a stop light and I barely saw this car coming down the road. You don't expect cars without DTRL's anymore, let alone no lights in the dark. So watch out. Will provide picture upon request.
