Saw this guy ( black volvo V60, lisence plate CCJC 390) parked outside the Catholic school at Shaw St and Melita Ave, taking pictures of kids at recess. Thought this was creepy, so I approached the car. The driver, a white male about 5"9, a bit chubby, brown hair, had his pants halfway down and was fondling himself. When I rapped on the window, he took off at a high rate of speed. I phoned the police with the information.
