Middle aged Asian lady with anger issues. Has been arguing and shouting NON STOP with the lady at the dry cleaner for at least 15 minutes. (No idea how long, but it could be more than that) Screaming loud enough I could hear it outside !!
Her car is also illegally parked at the curb... not allowed in the parking lot. Also notice something sticking out of her car door.
