This weekend i seen a woman driving this Black Mazda car in Brampton .... then i seen an african caribbean man smoking weed in this car and the same night a car was stolen on my street. Now the woman is back and it's obvious she is stalking the neighborhood for cars to steal. If one more car gets stolen I am giving this license plate to Peel Police.
