I'm trying to determine if this plate # is indeed an Alberta licence plate #.
The included photo (above) is of my 1969 Pontiac GTO bearing plate # NRL 529, circa 1976. I no longer own the car and am trying to locate it.
My objective is to confirm if the plate shown is Alberta or B.C. issued. Thoughts?

Bumped into me at a red light then pretended she couldn’t see me for an entire 15 minutes as we drove next to each other. Small scratch not worth filing a claim but still at least waive back or mouth “sorry”…

26 Mar 23, Cold Lake Ab. The driver of this vehicle passed on the right in a designated right hand turn lane at approx 90km/hr in a 60 zone, and passed another vehicle turning left on a single land road on the right in the shoulder.
