I was doing 55-60 in a 50 zone, and this taxi close-passed me doing 80+, just to end up two cars ahead at the next red light. No more than 20 seconds later, I watch him almost cream a pedestrian at an all-way stop. I get it, you're an airport taxi, and you wanna rush to get back into the taxi pool, but COME ON. The way you're conducting yourself, it's just a matter of time before you have a very bad day.
This woman almost killed me on Thursday Sept. 23rd at around 5:20PM. I was on highway 20E, and I noticed that there was a line of congestion off the highway at the St-Charles exit. At the last second, a blonde woman in a red Mazda SUV with licence plate Z11SWD pulled out of this line to go back on the highway right in front of me. She went from 0km/h to going 20-30km/h ON THE HIGHWAY AND DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF ME. I had to lean on my horn and pump my breaks to get her attention and to slow down in time, I went from 115km/h down to 70km/h. She moved her Mazda out of the way just in time, and the drivers in the left lane were able to shift a little to the left to give me space. Luckily there were no drivers behind me and I’m a defensive driver who noticed what was happening just in time. This woman needs to have her licence taken away for such reckless driving behaviour. She didn’t even get off at the next exit, so I have no idea why she was in line at St-Charles in the first place. When I past her, she couldn’t even look at me. (Unfortunately I’m waiting for my new dash cam as my previous one has stopped working recently, so I don’t have the footage of this encounter. All I could do is ask Siri to make a note of the licence plate.)
