Lady was texting at a red light. Didn't put her phone away when it turned green. Continued to look at her phone while driving only glancing momentarily at the road before she went back to her phone. SMDH.

This corolla driver doesn’t understand why there are solid lines on merging! He/she totally disregard the fact there are solid lines and that he should merge in a more civilized way!
